structural composition
Heaven and Earth Cover: Made of HDPE material through high-temperature blow molding process, it has a double-layer hollow structure that can enhance load-bearing capacity. The standard size includes 1200 × 800mm, with a static load of 4-6 tons and a dynamic load of 1-2 tons.
Fence system: The fence is generally made of PP honeycomb board material, with multiple layers of honeycomb board pads inside. The surface can be covered with velvet or EVA anti-collision layer, and there are also label bags designed on the side for easy classification and management.
production process
Blow molding: The heaven and earth cover is formed by high-temperature extrusion using a dedicated blow molding machine, and the color and structural details can be customized according to the mold.
Accessory assembly: The honeycomb panel enclosure and blow molded ceiling cover are combined to form a foldable box.
